Seren; nefes egzersizleri, yoga ve zihin pratikleri, günlük tutma, yapay zeka sohbet dostları ve kişisel içgörüler sunan basit bir zihin sağlığı uygulamasıdır. Bu sayfa, uygulamayı kullanırken hangi verilerin nerede işlendiğini açık bir dille anlatır.
Kısaca: Seren'in sunucusu yok. Yazdığınız hiçbir şey bizim elimize ulaşmaz.
Seren, herhangi bir arka uç (backend) sunucuya bağlı çalışmaz. Uygulama içinde oluşturduğunuz aşağıdaki bilgiler yalnızca cihazınızda, Apple'ın yerel depolama sistemi (UserDefaults) içinde tutulur ve hiçbir zaman cihazınızın dışına gönderilmez:
Bu veriler bize, Apple'a (Apple Intelligence işleme hattı dışında) veya herhangi bir üçüncü tarafa iletilmez.
Güzin Abla ve diğer sohbet karakterleri ile İçgörüler sekmesindeki özetler, Apple'ın cihaz-üzeri (on-device) yapay zeka çerçevesi olan Apple Intelligence / Foundation Models üzerinden çalışır. Bu işlem tamamen cihazınızın içinde gerçekleşir; sohbet metinleriniz internete, bir sunucuya ya da bize gönderilmez.
Bu özellik yalnızca Apple Intelligence'ı destekleyen cihaz ve iOS sürümlerinde kullanılabilir. Desteklenmiyorsa, uygulama bunu size açıkça bildirir ve özelliği devre dışı bırakır.
Seren; reklam ağı, analitik SDK'sı, çökme (crash) raporlama servisi veya başka bir üçüncü taraf izleme aracı kullanmaz. Verileriniz satılmaz, kiralanmaz, pazarlama amacıyla paylaşılmaz.
Seren'de hesap oluşturma veya giriş yapma yoktur; ad, e-posta, telefon numarası gibi kişisel kimlik bilgisi toplanmaz. Uygulama konum, kamera veya mikrofon izni istemez ve bu verilere erişmez.
Günlük kayıtlarınızı Geçmiş sekmesinden istediğiniz zaman düzenleyebilir veya silebilirsiniz. Tüm verilerinizi tamamen ve kalıcı olarak silmek için uygulamayı cihazınızdan kaldırmanız yeterlidir — geri getirilebilecek bir sunucu kopyası bulunmaz.
Seren, çocuklara yönelik tasarlanmamıştır ve 13 yaşın altındaki kullanıcılardan bilerek veri toplamaz.
Türkiye'de 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve Avrupa Birliği'nde GDPR kapsamında; işlenen kişisel verileriniz hakkında bilgi alma, düzeltme ve silinmesini talep etme hakkına sahipsiniz. Seren zaten hiçbir kişisel veriyi sunucuda tutmadığı için bu haklar doğrudan cihazınız üzerinden — uygulama içi düzenleme/silme veya uygulamayı kaldırma yoluyla — kullanılabilir.
Bu politika zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler bu sayfada yayınlanır; sayfanın en üstünde güncel tarih belirtilir.

Short version: Seren has no server. Nothing you write ever reaches us.
Seren does not connect to any backend server. The following information you create in the app is stored only on your device, using Apple's local storage (UserDefaults), and is never sent anywhere:
None of this data is transmitted to us, to Apple (outside the on-device Apple Intelligence pipeline), or to any third party.
Güzin Abla and the other companion characters, along with the summaries in the Insights tab, run on Apple's on-device AI framework, Apple Intelligence / Foundation Models. This processing happens entirely on your device — your conversations are never sent to the internet, a server, or to us.
This feature is only available on devices and iOS versions that support Apple Intelligence. Where it isn't supported, the app clearly tells you so and disables the feature.
Seren does not use any ad network, analytics SDK, crash-reporting service, or other third-party tracking tool. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes.
Seren has no account creation or sign-in, and does not collect personal identifiers such as name, email, or phone number. The app does not request or access location, camera, or microphone.
You can edit or delete your journal entries at any time from the History tab. To permanently delete all of your data, simply delete the app from your device — there is no server copy to recover.
Seren is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from users under 13.
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Turkey's Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. Since Seren never stores personal data on a server, these rights are exercised directly on your device — through in-app editing/deletion, or by uninstalling the app.
This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page, with the current date shown at the top.
